Lianyungang Haisheng Quartz Tech Co. Ltd stems from the former state-owned Donghai Quartz Glass Product Factory. Haisheng Quartz(abbr. Lianyungang Haisheng Quartz Tech Co.ltd) is a member of Quartz Industry Associate, and it covers R&D, production and marketing. At present there are 6 production line. Annually 700t quartz tube(/fused silica tube) and quartz silica plank(quartz plate, quartz wafer, quartz substrate) are being produced.
A novel technique about vertically producing quartz plate with fused silica was invented by Haisheng Quartz Co., and the intellectual property right is held.
Main products include quartz plate(/quartz plank) 2¡«20mm thick, quartz tube(/fused silica tube) diameter 2.5¡«100mm, quartz rod, UV tube, none-ozone tube, low OH tube, opaque tube, etc.

Opaque quartz tube
Opaque quartz tube is pervasively adopted in heater, oven, roster and sterilizer, which use Infrared(IR) to heat. Polishing, annealing, frosting, twisting processes are also provided as customer's will.
